Brazil Paubrasil - natural
natural, 1100 m
Variety: Catuai
Do you know this feeling? Sometimes something is a classic right from the start. You just know it. This is definitely one of those.
Balanced and velvety, with a full, round body and low acidity, this roast brings all the aromas to the cup that we expect from a classic espresso from Brazil. In addition to nutty and chocolaty notes, it delights us with its sweetness and gentle fruity notes.
Named after Brazil's national tree, this coffee stands for the region it comes from: Cerrado Mineiro DO. DO means Designation of Origin (similar to what we know from balsamic vinegar and parmesan). Located in the north-west of Minas Gerais, the region is world-famous for its coffee production. The combination of climate, terroir, altitude and the know-how of the producers gives the coffees a characteristic and unique profile, which we can now bring to your cup.
