Our Daily Grind comes from El Salvador, is a semi-washed Sarchimor variety and is grown by Rene Hernandez on his San Lucas farm at around 1150 m above sea level.
With its balanced acidity, pleasant sweetness and medium body, it is ideal as a starter filter or simply to gently wake you up in the morning.
