About the coffee:
This variety mix from Peru has had its caffeine removed, but not its taste!

This works with the help of liquid, natural CO2, which is pumped through the coffee in large tanks (well, they are huge) and dissolves the caffeine from the beans. However, the CO2 does not dissolve all the other components, which remain in the coffee.
