Our latest addition from Brazil comes from the Cássia dos Coqueiros region in south-eastern Brazil. Seven families cultivate the 300 hectares of Fazenda Santa Jucy, of which 180 hectares are entirely dedicated to coffee. The farm is certified by the Rainforest Alliance and combines traditional farming knowledge of with modern agricultural methods. For example, the plants are efficiently supplied with water via a drip system, while water consumption is reduced at the same time.
In the cup, we enjoy well-balanced notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, nougat and plum with a medium body and cocoa finish.
