We are delighted to have a coffee from the Inmaculada Fellows Farms Project in our range for the first time - because this coffee combines two things that are particularly important to us.
The origin: The beans for this Pink Bourbon come from local producers in the region around the famous Inmaculada Coffee Farms. By passing on a great deal of knowledge about agricultural and harvesting techniques, the coffee farmers are able to continually improve the quality of their cherries, thereby achieving higher sales prices and subsequently improving their quality of life.
The quality: Of course, it doesn't end with the cherries. Directly at Inmaculada, the processing (anaerobic natural) takes place after the harvest, which gives the coffee its typical character. The aromas speak for themselves, extraordinary complexity meets an elegant body.
