Yet another new Lasso pearl in our range - a great pleasure for fans of funky coffee and a real taste explosion on the palate.

This time we chose a Yellow Papayo, which Nestor developed together with and exclusively for the Cata Exports team. The two have been working closely together for many years, which is particularly evident in the development of the processing profiles and protocols. The feedback from the roasteries (and of course from their customers) goes directly via Cata as the exporter to the producer. In this way, young coffee producers are supported from the very beginning and can continue to develop with input from customers from all over the world. Nestor Lasso is a particularly impressive example of this; through hard work, talent and his own style, he has become a major player in specialty coffee in just a few years, and his name has defined the style of an entire category of coffees.

We are therefore more than happy to support the long-standing partnership between Cata and Nestor with this coffee and to be a part of it. And, of course, to celebrate the great variety in the cup!
