The beans for this fruity coffee were grown in the Los Naranjos region not far from the Santa Ana volcano in a shaded area before being hand-picked and processed dry (natural) on raised beds.
The Salaverria family has farmed Divisadero Farms, which includes Finca Himalaya, for over 200 years. We are very happy about the cooperation with Mauricio, whom Felix had the chance to meet during his Origin Trip to El Salvador and spent a day on his farm.
