A tribute to the place where it all began: Café Emmi in St. Pölten. I worked there for three years on my first roasts - that is why this coffee is particularly close to my heart. Emmi is a full-bodied sweet espresso blend with a fine fruity note and little bitterness, which I develop constantly. Aromatically, Emmi ranges from almond to orange and currant to dark chocolate. 10% Robusta from Uganda adds a little spice to our Emmi blend.
