Ethiopia Gogogu - washed
washed, 1950 m
Variety: Heirloom
Founded in 2020, the Gogogu Washing Station in the Haro Wolabu district (Woreda) is located in the Guji zone, known as one of the highest-elevation coffee-growing areas in Ethiopia. Fertile red soil, abundant sunlight and cold winds create an ideal climate for coffee cultivation. 510 small farmers from the surrounding area, each with a cultivation area of between 0.5 and 2 hectares, deliver their cherries to the washing station.
Processing: The cherries are washed and fermented for 60-72 hours before being dried for 10 days.
