Guatemala Kekchi Organic - washed
This coffee is produced by the farmers of the Fedecovera cooperative, the Federacion de Cooperativas de las Verapaces. Founded in 1976, it brings together 42 cooperatives, 21 associations and more than 30,000 producer families. The coffee plants for this blend of Sarchimor, Caturra, Catuia and Bourbon are grown in wooded areas in the shade of the trees.
Processing: Immediately after harvesting, the cherries are depulped, fermented for a few hours and washed. The coffee is then dried on patios at an ambient temperature of 20-25 °C for a few days.
