About the coffee:
You know us, you know our love for Kenya (and all other origins, of course!), so trust us: you need this in your cup. Whether filter or espresso by the way: Since you obviously love Kenya as much as we do, we've been roasting it for espresso too for a while now. Some just like it fruity! YES!!!
We are happy to have a Peaberry (which is what the PB stands for) in our range again after a long time. It has wonderful fruity and caramel notes in the cup - but of course the typical acidity of Kenyan coffees is there too.
This lot comes from the Githiga Wet Mill in Kangema at the foot of Mount Kenya. 980 farmers bring their cherries to the wet mill, which is run by the Kanyenaini Farmers Cooperative Society. There the coffees are processed in the traditional washed way.
