About the coffee:

This coffee makes its way into our cups for three very good reasons: we love Pink Bourbon, we appreciate washed, clean lots, and Sebastian Ramirez probably doesn’t need much introduction anymore.

But did you know that Pink Bourbon is also one of his personal favourite varieties? He told us this when we met him at World of Coffee in Bangkok – and we think this coffee is a great example of why.

The washed processing brings out the variety’s character in a particularly clear and gentle way. Fruity and floral notes meet lemon balm and chocolate mint in the finish. The cup is sweet, complex, and has that silky mouthfeel we love in Sebastian’s coffees – not least his White Honey Gesha – and in the unique processing methods he is known for.
