About the coffee: 
This filter roast is for those who like their profile a little bit more on the classic side. Gentle notes of yellow stone fruit and grapes are surrounded by dark honey, vanilla and a creamy, malty sweetness in the cup. This roast may be a tad more quiet than others in our range at first sip, but with every cup it becomes more one of our favorite coffees - and is also an ideal companion for a gentle start to the day.

Eli Chilcon and his family cultivate the 4 hectares of their La Montaña farm exclusively with the Caturra variety. Like most producers in the region, they face particular challenges. Climate change is causing major temperature fluctuations and droughts.
